3. When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that during pendency of the writ petitions, the Company was wound up and there is no instruction from the petitioner.
4. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Writ Petitions are dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the second respondent in all the writ petitions to work out their remedy in the manner know to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
