APPLICATION No.3860 of 2016 in TOS No.25 of 2005 PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J This Application has been filed to extend the time to execute the bond as per the Common Judgment dated 24.11.2005 in TOS No.25 of 2005.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the applicant that in Paragraph 47 (iii) of the Judgment, it is only stated that the plaintiff shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- in favour of the Assistant Registrar (O.S.-II), High Court, Chennai, without mentioning the time limit to do so.

However, as the bond has not been executed due to bona fide reasons, this Application is filed to extend the time by one month from today.

3. Considering the submissions made, the Application is allowed and the time to execute the bond is extended by one month from today.
