There is a delay of 342 days in re-presenting the Civil Revision Petitions in C.R.P.(NPD)(SR).Nos.25207 & 25210 of 2015.

2.The petitioner has satisfactorily explained the reasons for the delay in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions. 3.Since the delay is on a higher side, the delay of 342 days in re-presenting is condoned on condition that the petitioner paying a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only), each, to the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, it is made clear that the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.

4.The petitions are ordered.
