PRAYER:Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 439(2) of Cr.P.C. praying to cancel the bail granted to the 2 to 5 respondents by an order dated 31.10.2022 in Crl.M.P.No. 20652 of 2022 on the file of the Hon'ble Principal Session Judge, Chennai.

ORDER
The petition has been filed seeking to cancel the bail granted to the respondent Nos. 2 to 5 by an order dated 31.10.2022 in Crl.M.P.No. 20652 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.
2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Sie) that the FIR has not been registered and bail had been granted in unknown crime number.
3. When the legality of such order is questionable, cancellation of such order would only be an exercise in futility. This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
