ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 31.01.2013 passed in IA.No.1613 of 2011 in OS.No.2280 of 2004 on the file of Vth Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.
2. When the matter was listed on 03.11.2020, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was posted on 10.11.2020, on which day also there was no representation. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 26.11.2020 under the caption "for dismissal". When the matter has been listed today, even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in person or through pleader.
