These are petitions to condone the delay of 207 days in filing the applications to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased first appellant and second appellant, respectively.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and also in view of the "No Objection" expressed by the learned counsel for the respondents, the aforesaid delay is condoned and these C.M.Ps. are allowed.
