ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to sub divide the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner, based on the petitioner's online application dated 04.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner has submitted an online application with the respondents on 04.12.2025 seeking for sub division and for issuance of separate patta in his name. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's online application, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners if any and any other third party whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's online application dated 04.12.2025 seeking for sub division of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and for issuance of separate patta in his name, if the petitioner is found to be eligible, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing objections of the neighbouring land owners if any and any other third party whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire.
