ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner representation dated 17.01.2023 and handover the temple key to the petitioner and consequently direct the second respondent to dispose of the O.A.No.27 of 2011 pending on the file of the second respondent and consequently fix an early date for final hearing in the above O.A.No.27 of 2011.

2. Though various grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner confined his prayer for disposal of the O.A.No.27 of 2011 which is pending before the second respondent. 2/4

3. Admittedly, O.A. is pending before the Joint Commissioner in O.A.No.27 of 2011. Such view of the matter, let the Joint Commissioner shall decide the same and pass appropriate order(s) on its own merits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
