O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Sub Judge at Tindivanam to expedite the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.102 of 2016 pending on the file of the Sub Court at Tindivanam and to dispose the same with in the time frame.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has filed H.M.O.P.No.102 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Court at Tindivanam under Section 13 (1) (ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act to dissolve the marriage held between the petitioner and the respondent on 09.07.2008 by a decree of divorce. The aforesaid H.M.O.P. No.102 of 2016 has been pending before the Sub Court at Tindivanam. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has not filed counter affidavit and the matter has been adjourned from time to time. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner has filed an application in I.A.No.270 of 2017 to advance the hearing and the same is also pending before the Trial Court.

4.In the light of the above facts and submissions, the Sub Court at Tindivanam is directed to dispose of the above said H.M.O.P.No.102 of 2016 as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
