The learned counsel appearing for the respondents made a submission that the order passed by this Court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ W.P.No.13280 of 2010, dated 10.08.2017, has been complied

with. In this regard, the Director of Elementary Education passed an order in proceedings dated Na.Ka.No.023915/G1/2017 dated 04.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the interpretation adopted by the respondents, while passing an order is erroneous. However, it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law in respect of the present contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
