Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the encroachments, which were directed to be removed by this Court by the aforestated order, have been removed.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed.

In view of the aforestated order, no order is required to be passed in Sub Application No.52 of 2016 filed seeking impleadment of one J. Mariammal as proposed second respondent.
