When the matter is taken up today for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that pursuant to the order passed by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruporur in D.No.1197 of 2023, dated 25.08.2023, "the petitioner herein was taken cognizance for the offences under Section 420, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC and the same has been forwarded to the Sub Inspector of Police, Thalambur Police Station to investigate the matter and file a report under Section 202 of Cr.P.C.

2. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
