ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner seeks bail for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341 and 302 of IPC.

2. According to the prosecution, the petitioner was previously granted bail in this case, however, he failed to appear before the Court and subsequently, he was secured and remanded in judicial custody on 30.08.2017.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been in custody since 30.08.2017.

4. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] opposed the petition stating that 11 previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has been in custody since 30.08.2017 and taking note of the fact that the petitioner has been granted bail in the earlier cases, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, subject to the following conditions:-.

i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri;

ii) The petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders.
