ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.11.2025 for the offence punishable under Section 309(6) of BNSS, in connection with Crime No.728 of 2025, seeks bail.

2. Earlier this Court vide order dated 22.01.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.1297 of 2026 had dismissed the bail petition filed by the petitioner with the following

observations.

" 5. Considering the facts, gravity of offence and the fact though the stolen property is recovered, there are five previous cases pending against the petitioner and if the petitioner is released on bail he will attempt to tamper the evidence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner."
