ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.969 of 2014 pending on his file, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.It is seen that on a complaint lodged by this petitioner, the respondent Police registered a case in Crime No.969 of 2014 on 28.11.2014 and no substantial progress seems to have been made in the investigation. The complaint relates to creating false documents. 4.Under such circumstances, this Court directs to transfer the investigation in Crime No.969 of 2014 from the file of T-7, Tank Factory Police Station to the file of Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Crime Branch, Chennai, who shall allot the investigation of the case to the Inspector of Police in Central Crime Branch. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
