W.P.No.30108 of 2015 For Petitioner : Mr.S.Kamadevan For Respondents-1 &2 : Mr.I.Syed Sibghatulla-No Appearance For Respondents -3 &4 : Mr.N.Manokaran COMMON ORDER W.P.No.27967 of 2015 In the light of the fact that this Court has allowed S.A.Nos.19 and 20 of 2013 observing that the 2nd respondent is not entitled to injunction as he has not proved that he is a cultivating tenant and considering the fact that the 2nd respondent was recorded as a cultivating tenant pending the suit ignoring the order of interim suspension granted by this Court, the impugned order has to necessarily be set aside and is accordingly set aside. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed.

In the light of the judgment passed in S.A.Nos.19 and 20 of 2013, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Since the petitioner claims a right on the basis of he being a cultivating tenant, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
