Respondents Prayer : Writ Miscellaneous Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to permit the petitioners to amend and correct the application number mentioned in the affidavit and pleadings filed in W.P.No.1807 of 2026, and to correct the application number mentioned in the order dated 29.01.2026 passed in W.P.No.1807 of 2026, by correcting the application number as: "Application No.2025/0154/01/009710" instead of "Application No.2025/0154/01/0097", and consequently permit the petitioners to rectify the said clerical error in the interest of justice. 1/4

ORDER

The petitioner had inadvertently mentioned the wrong application number in the prayer to the Writ Petition in W.P.No.1807 of 2026 as well as in the order, dated 29.01.2026 passed in W.P.No.1807 of 2026. The petitioner seeks to correct the same through this amendment application.

2. This Court satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, in support of the petitioner's request for correction of the application number in the prayer to this Writ Petition.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the prayer in the Writ Petition as well as in the order, dated 29.01.2026 passed in W.P.No.1807 of 2026 and issue fresh order copy to the parties. 16.04.2026 grs 2/4
