O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 22.12.2011 made in C.M.A.No.121 of 2009, wherein the learned V Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, has set aside the order of the Estate Officer made in No.C.19/25/2009/AEM(M)/3696 dated 30.10.2009.

2. When the matter came up before this Court, the respondent has filed an affidavit of undertaking to vacate the premises on or before 30.05.2019 and it has also stated by him that the entire licence fees for the said premises for these days had been paid and there is no arrears. The revision petitioner is not disputed the above fact.

3. Since the respondent himself undertaken to vacate the premises on or before 30.05.2019, nothing survives in this revision petition and the affidavit of the respondent shall be taken on file and his undertaking is recorded and he shall vacate the premises on or before 30.05.2019, failure to comply his undertaking will lead to initiation of the further proceedings against him by this Court.

4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
