An Official from the Office of the District Revenue Officer, Kancheepuram, is present in Court. Counter Affidavit has been filed by the respondent/contemner, stating that enquiry was conducted, and the matter has been adjourned to enable the petitioner/Sundari and one other person by name Kasthuri to produce the Death Certificate and Legalheirship Certificate of Loganathan and Mangalakshmi. The learned counsel appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner

will produce necessary documents on the next hearing date, viz., on 06.11.2015. To such submission, the respondent would state that, if the documents are produced, then, he would proceed with the matter, as directed by this Court in W.P.No.11743 of 2014.

In the light of the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed, and the petitioner is directed to appear for enquiry on the date fixed. No costs.
