This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26010 of 2022 dated 28.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
