This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 02.05.2016 and proceed with the investigation in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On the complaint dated 02.05.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending before the 2nd respondent.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry and not produced the requisite documents.
5. The petitioner is directed to produce necessary documents and co-operate with the enquiry. The respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in [2014] 2 SCC 1, otherwise close the complaint under intimation to the petitioner.
