This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent to transfer the petitioner's complaint dated 12.06.2015 to the 4th respondent and further direct the 4th respondent to register the petitioner's complaint.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint dated 12.06.2015 was already transferred from the file of the 3rd respondent to the 4th respondent.

3. Since the case was already transferred, there is no need for any specific direction and this petition is closed. However, the 4th respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.06.2015 and proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.
