When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner was already arrested and released on bail, hence, the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous. However, he further submitted that the petitioner is not cooperating with the enquiry proceedings.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court feels that nothing survives for further adjudication.

However, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry proceedings. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
