O R D E R

This Court, by its order dated 30.06.2017 in W.P.No.16513 of 2017, directed the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation made by the Writ Petitioners dated 15.05.2017, in the light of the recommendation made by the respondents.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the representation made by the petitioners was considered and they were posted as regular Plot Watcher in the supernumerary post. He also submitted that as and when the vacancy arises, they will be posted in the substantive vacancies.

3. The letter of the District Forest Officer, Kovai Division, Kovai, in Na.Ka.No.P1/782/2015, dated 12.06.2018 is taken on record. The Writ Petitioners have also joined

duty on the basis of the order issued by the respondent dated 12.06.2018. Recording the submission made, this Contempt Petition is closed.
