When the second appeal came up for hearing on 04.08.2021, there was no representation for the appellant and hence was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 10.08.2021. that the respondents 3 and 11 died long back and till date no steps have been taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased respondents 3 and 11.
