This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in para No.7(b) in Crl.OP.No.18117 if 2023 by an order dated 10.08.2023 in Spl.SC.No.103 of 2023 on the file of the trial Court for the Exclusively trial of cases for the Pocso Act Villupuram and respondent police.

2.Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m., for a period of 5 weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
