Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the third respondent in connection with the impugned orders in Rc.No.A1/0318/11 dated 11.02.2011 passed by the third respondent, served on the petitioners on 14.03.2011 through the fifth respondent and quash the same and consequently direct that all the colleges under the third respondent are individual units and to re draw the seniority of the teaching staff at the fifth respondent college by placing the migrated teachers to the fifth respondent college at the lowest in their respective disciplines/faculties in accordance with the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Private Colleges (Regulation) Act, 1976 and the Tamil Nadu Private Colleges (Regulation) Rules, 1976.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration any further and thus, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above said submission and endorsement made, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
