This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.22593 of 2023 dated 11.10.2023 on the file of this Court.

3. Taking all the factors into consideration, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner and hence, the petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner shall continue the conditions as already imposed on him.
