Crl.OP.NO.14869 of 2015 P.N.PRAKASH, J, It is seen that on a complaint lodged by one Kasthuri, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.2 of 2015 on 15.05.2015 for offences under Sections 498A, 406 and 506(i) IPC against the petitioners herein and the investigation is pending. 2.There is a serious allegation against A1-Ramasubramaniyan that he is contracting a second marriage and he has driven away the defacto complainant from the matrimonial home. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition as against A1 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn as against the 1st petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the 4th petitioner/Gajendran is not an accused in Crime No.2 of 2015. Recording his submission, this petition is closed as against the 4th petitioner.

5.As far as the petitioners 2, 3 and 5 are concerned, the allegations are not very serious. Hence, this Court is of the view that there is no need for custodial interrogation and this is a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners 2, 3 and 5. Accordingly, the petitioners 2, 3 and 5 are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 15 days, on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer, who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioners 2, 3 and 5 shall be available for interrogation as and when required.
