Crl.M.P.No.3702 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.259 of 2024 M. NIRMAL KUMAR , J.

This petition is filed to exempt the petitioner from surrendering before the trial Court in pursuance of the conviction and sentence imposed by the trial Court is confirmed by the first appellate Court, till the disposal of the above Crl.R.C.No.259 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had surrendered before the trial Court and he had been remanded in Central Prison, Vellore.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also confirmed the said fact.

3. In view of the same, this petition to exempt from surrender is dismissed.
