This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai 101 to conduct speedy trial in the above case in Spl.SC.No.3 of 2019 on his file and complete the trial of the case within the time stipulated by this Court.

Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai 101 to expedite the hearing in Spl.SC.No.3 of 2019 and complete the same, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
