JAYACHANDRAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.3433 of 2022 IN CRL OP.21088/2021 1 REVATHI [ PETITIONERS/ACCUSED ] 2 RAVICHANDRAN 3 SARASWATHI Vs THE STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, ARCOT TOWN POLICE STATION, RANIPET DISTRICT CRIME NO. 546/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition of (c) the petitioners shall report before the Investigating officer daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of fifteen days commence from 10.03.2022 and shall cooperate for investigation, as imposed in Crl.OP.No.21088/2021 dated 28.02.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.KATHER HUSSAIN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.21088 of 2021 dated 28.02.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the investigation has been completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that petitioners shall report before the Investigation Officer daily at 4.00 p.m., instead of daily at 10.00 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. However, considering the difficulties expressed by the petitioners to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of 15 days commenced from 10.03.2022 and shall co-operate for investigation, is modified to the effect that the petitioners should report before the Investigating Officer daily at 4.00 p.m., until further orders.
