O R D E R

The prayer of the petitioner is for a mandamus directing R3 i.e. Tahsildar, Thirukoilur, Kallakurichi District to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.02.2024 for implementation of order passed by the 2nd respondent i.e. Revenue Divisional Officer, Thirukoilur, Kallakurichi District in OO.MU.A4/45/2024 dated 05.01.2024.

2.Mr.U.Bharanidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for R1 to R3 on instruction states that the communication of R2 dated 05.01.2024 will be looked into and the needful will be done within a period of two weeks from date of receipt of this order.

3.Needless to say, in doing so due notices should be issued to all parties concerned, including the petitioner and R4. It is for this reason, that no notice has been issued to R4 in the disposal of this writ petition. 4.This writ petition is disposed. No costs.
