Prayer in W.P.No.884 of 2018:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 04.12.2017 made by the petitioner to pay monthly salary for the post of Over Head Tank operator along with special allowances within stipulated time period as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The grievances of the Writ Petitioners are that the salary due to them have not been disbursed, in spite of representation submitted by them.

2. The learned counsel for the Writ Petitioners state that the salary has been paid irregularly and the Writ Petitioners have submitted a representation in this regard to the first respondent to issue suitable orders, directing the second respondent to pay the salary.

3. Under these circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 18.11.2017 in W.P.Nos.882, 883, 885 & 886 of 2018 and 04.12.2017 in W.P.No.884 of 2018 and pass orders within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petitioners are directed to submit the copy of the representations and the documents, if any, along with the copy of this order. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions stands disposed of. No costs.
