Respondent Prayer: The Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner representation dated 16.12.2014 by revoking the order of suspension dated 07.07.2011 in the light of the decision passed by the full bench of the Hon'ble Madurai Bench of this Hon'ble Court made in W.P.(MD) No.17007 of 2012, W.P.(MD) No.8555 of 2009 & W.A.(MD) No.510 of 2012 and to reinstate the petitioner in service within a time limit that may be specified by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo dated 10.09.2015 stating that as per the letter of the petitioner's wife dated 03.09.2015, the petitioner died on 20.05.2015.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition was filed challenging the order of suspension and the respondents may be directed to disburse the eligible benefits of the petitioner to his legal heirs in accordance with law.

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to disburse the eligible benefits of the petitioner to his legal heirs in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
