and T.V.THAMILSELVI,J.
This miscellaneous petition is filed to implead the petitioners as proposed respondents 5 to 11 in the above writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners/proposed respondents in the miscellaneous petition are patta holders and are in possession of the lands in survey nos. 123/5A, 129/18, 129/19,118/6, 118/4 and 147/7A of Keelkangeyankuppam Village, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District and they are being evicted by the respondents. Though the learned counsel appearing for the proposed respondents has strongly argued that the they are in possession and enjoyment of the lands in the above survey numbers, the learned counsel has not produced any revenue records to prove the same. Hence in the absence of any materials, We are not inclined to entertain the miscellaneous petition. In view of the above, the Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
