ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.26974 of 2014, by order dated 04.11.2016, set aside the impugned order dated 01.10.2014 and remitted the matter back to the respondent, with a direction to issue notice, conduct enquiry and give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter, pass appropriate orders, on

merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 04.11.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed.
