O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.36 of 2024 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions submitted that after investigation, the case in Crime No.36 of 2024, for the offences under Sections 351(2) & 318 BNS, 2023, a proposal has already been sent by the Superintendent of Police, Kallakurichi vide Na.Ka.No.D4/701/15142/2024 to transfer the investigation to the file of Alapuzha Police Station, since the occurrence had taken place within the jurisdiction of Alapuzha. Therefore, this petition cannot be considered.
