2651/2020] (iii) dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Virudhachalam in connection with D.V.C.NO.4 of 2019 pending disposal of the above quash petition. [CRL.MP.NO.2653/2020] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SANKARASUBBU Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The matter is placed before this court on the letter received from the court below, seeking extension of time to complete the trial in DVC.No.4 of 2019.
