Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ or order or direction, particularly in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the Impugned Office proceeding No.0026/SRET/2015, dated 07.01.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and to direct the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.01.2015 and to permit the petitioner to perform as Superintendent in the office of the 4th respondent in the college.

O R D E R

The order of transfer, transferring the writ petitioner by the competent authorities is under challenge in this writ petition.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner, Mr.M.Nagendran is allowed to retired from service on 31.05.2018 on attaining the age of superannuation. In view of the fact that the writ petitioner is already retired from service, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.

3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
