The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous for the reason that the suit itself was disposed of by the trial Court in the year 2014. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect in the grounds of the revision.

2.In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
