The petitioner has come forward with this petition to punish the respondent for his deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.801 of 2022, dated 03.02.2022.
2. No representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that investigation in Cr.No.600 of 2017 has been completed and the final report has also been filed as 'mistake of fact'. Referred Charge Sheet No.20 of 2019 has been served to the defacto complainant/petitioner on 25.04.2023 by registered post and in-person on 26.07.2023. Copy of the acknowledgment has been produced.
4. In view of the same, no further order is required in this petition, hence, this contempt petition is closed.
