This contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2271 of 2016, dated 22.01.2016.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2271 of 2016 dated 22.01.2016 has been complied with and the same is communicated to the petitioner and also produced a copy of the proceedings of the District Collector, Tiruvallur, in this regard.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the Contempt Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order in the manner known to law.
