Criminal miscellaneous petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para No.3 that "Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly, the order dated 27.11.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.12843 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1150 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court once in a month on the first working day at 10.30 am until further orders and the condition to appear before the respondent police is totally relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. ORDER
Vide order dated 30.01.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.1392 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.No.12843 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1150 of 2024, this Court had modified the condition imposed by this Court in Para No.10(iv) of the order dated 27.11.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.12843 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1150 of 2024 while granting bail to the petitioner. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking further modification of the condition imposed in Para No.3 of the said order dated 30.01.2025, pertaining to the appearance of the petitioner before the Trial Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials on record.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought by the petitioner could be acceded to.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered and the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by this Court in Para No.10(iv) of the order dated 27.11.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.12843 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1150 of 2024, which was subsequently modified, vide order dated 30.01.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.1392 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1150 of 2024 alone stands modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on the first working day of every third month of the English calendar, commencing from April 2026 at 10.30 am., until further orders.
