This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 18.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28406 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., till conclusion of trial quite apart from Court hearing dates.
