ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to receive the Settlement Deed dated 27.08.2024 executed by the petitioner in favour of his daughter and to register the same. 2.Heard Mr.M.Aloysius Raja Pragash, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the online application was made and the token was generated and in spite of the same, the respondent was refused to receive the document and to register the same. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondent to receive the Settlement Deed dated 27.08.2024 and to register the same, if it is otherwise in order.
