ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by Mr.V.Sridhar seeking a limited prayer for disposing of his representation pending before the Regional Director of Municipal Administration, Salem from 25.12.2014 seeking promotion as Supervisor.

As the request of the petitioner is limited, without going to the merits of the matter, the first respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 2.3.2015 pending before him on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
