ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the District Munsif, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore District, to dispose of the suit in R.L.T.O.P.No.3 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard, M/s.M. Mohanapriya, learned counsel for the petitioner, and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aged about 73 years. Her husband has already passed away, and she seeks speedy disposal of the case.

4. Considering the said submission, this Court is inclined to direct the District Munsif, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore District, to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
