Writ Petition is filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent herein sale notice dated 26-02-2018 Scheduled held on 31-03-2018 is illegal and quash the same and consequential direction or nature of direction directing the respondents to considered the petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2017 under the One Time Settlement scheme.

2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.K.Rajendra Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Placing on record the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No leave is granted to file a fresh writ petition, challenging the sale notice dated 26.02.2018. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
