(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 363, 365, 366, 376(2)(n), 376(D) of I.P.C. and Section 4, 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime No.10 of 2020 on the file of respondent police and now, he has filed this petition for anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner would submit that pending this Criminal Original Petition, the petitioner was arrested. Hence, this petition may be dismissed.
